    Additionally, grow the Gift voucher business by increasing sales with the right mix of distribution partners and direct sales.

    MAJOR DELIVERABLES: · Managing partner Relationships : Initiate, develop and maintain relationship with identified bank partners, so as to drive the partnership objectives which includes visibility, new customer acquisition, repeat business from customers and GMV. · Achieving Business Objectives : Ensure that the assigned targets are met· Business Development : Creating a healthy pipeline of engagements with partners to ensure that the agreed business objectives with each partner are met· Delivery of assigned projects: Liaison with internal stakeholders and relevant teams to ensure timely delivery and execution.· Team Management : Mentor the team to deliver the desired objectives and also facilitate the growth of the team members. Essential Attributes

    • Ability to work with multiple internal teams.
    • Understanding of e-commerce industry is preferred. Profile A postgraduate in management with an experience of around 15 years in Marketing partnerships and alliances, Key account management, gift card sales. Should be willing to travel on a need basis. Working in a similar profile in organizations in the e-commerce industry or retail industry.
