    About the role...

    As a Procurement Specialist you will implement, and support the Procurement process for all Direct and Indirect categories. In collaboration with the Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Functional teams you will be part of the team to rollout and automate the Procure- to -Pay process for o9.

    What you'll do for us...

    • Collaborate with business functions in driving a smooth step wise procurement process
    • Guide requesters to complete required supplier information and move the requests along
    • Create intelligence through external and internal key trends. Incorporate benchmarking and assess cost impact to support business requirements
    • Perform spend analytics to internal business leaders in order to enhance their decision making and identify savings opportunities
    • Conduct spend analytics using ERP systems and vendor usage reports. Manage supplier dashboard
    • Solicit and qualify potential new vendors for assigned categories. Set up new suppliers as they are onboarded in the ERP system
    • Manage contract life cycle- renewal, upgrade and completion/ cancellation of contract terms
    • Monitor relevant Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics for internal usage/ efficiency and supplier reporting
    • Promptly respond to stakeholder issues with vendors/ product, expansions/ adds
    • Coordinate with finance team to ensure purchases are budgeted and approved
    • Ensure field and vendor compliance to assigned category agreements and sustainability requirements
    • Help develop and optimize o9's supplier sustainability to facilitate our long-term goal of achieving net zero emissions company-wide before 2040

    What you'll have...

    • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of Supplier Management and Strategic Sourcing experience in a S/W SAAS environment.
    • Drive a cost saving, cost avoidance and performance improvement mindset
    • Demonstrated ability to accomplish KPI goals and facilitate continuous improvement
    • Strong data analytics and reporting experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the capability to use Excel to analyze large data sets
    • Experience with an ERP system preferably Net Suite and other procurement tools such as Tipalti
    • Excellent communication, negotiations, and presentation skills
