    Job Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Executive81 HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment industry
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
    • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
    • Self-motivated and result-oriented
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
    • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve sales goals
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and make informed decisions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience
