ON A TYPICAL DAY YOUWILL
Coach train & mentoryour team of travel consultants.
Coordinate weekly meetings with your team to go over their targets& ensure each member is successful in their role
Assist/ coach team members onclient calls and demos by holding ongoing trainings whenever needed
Develop a monthly plan for yourrevenue delivery and corresponding funnel requirements
Destination learning andtraining to improve the sales pitches
Motivate and support the team toachieve their targets everymonth
