    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager in IT with expertise in SAP EHS to lead and drive our technology initiatives in the field of Environment, Health, and Safety. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP EHS modules, along with strong leadership and strategic capabilities to oversee and optimize our IT solutions in this domain.

    Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the organization's goals in the EHS domain. Provide guidance and leadership in leveraging SAP EHS capabilities for effective EHS management.
  • SAP EHS Implementation and Management: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP EHS modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EHS solutions within the IT landscape.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Manage resources effectively to ensure timely and high-quality project deliveries.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements and translate them into IT solutions. Act as a liaison between IT and business teams, ensuring alignment and successful execution of projects.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the EHS domain. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with IT systems and processes.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with 3-6 years of experience in IT leadership roles, specifically in SAP EHS implementation and management.
  • Deep understanding of SAP EHS modules such as Product Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Compliance.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale IT projects, preferably in the EHS domain.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to Environment, Health, and Safety.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certifications in EHS modules preferred.
  • Experience working in industries/clients with stringent EHS regulations (e.g., manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals).
