    About the Performance & Talent Management team

    About the role

    We are looking for a Swiggster who shares the same passion as us in shaping the sports team culture in the organization

    The Swiggster will be needed to design, execute and sustain interventions in terms of how talent is shaped and nurtured through performance & talent interventions. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the nuances of the BU, and craft interventions to elevate the performance.

    • Best-in-class performance process: Design and sustain best-in-class performance process based on the user and org needs
    • Co-create talent interventions partnering with Business Unit & HR leaders and drive change management
    • Responsible for talent management interventions like talent reviews, leadership rotation & succession planning etc
    • Obsess about Operational Excellence: A significant portion of the job will involve execution and the incumbent needs to be obsessed with implementing initiatives and scaling them leveraging technology and partnerships
    • Stay abreast of the industry trends and actively experiment with constructs that fit into our talent roadmap

    Who would be a good fit?

    • MBA in HR from a tier one college with 3- 5 years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, People Consulting or strong HRBP experience
    • Good understanding of Performance & talent management
    • Prior experience in designing and scaling org-level interventions
    • An appetite to deal with high ambiguity, experience working with senior stakeholders
    • Self-starters, high ownership and end-to-end project management/execution experience
