- Responsible for sales and business performance of smartphones and multiple product categories (as and when they are launched)
- Own 4Ps of product, price, promotions and placement
- Take product supply and price decisions to continue market leadership
- Work with sales teams to drive volumes and profit
- Responsible for positioning of POCO products
- Work with engineering and PM teams for product related decisions
- Design schemes and communicate to the respective channels
- Come up with innovative marketing ideas and work with marketing team to execute it
- Analyse sales, channel inventory, traffic and conversion data -for online and offline channel
- Understand customer insights and generate market information to drive product decisions
- Ensure product supply and inventory at optimum level
- Plan and implement long-term development strategies for product categories
- Prepare business case for new product launch and lead GTM strategy
- Preferably with 5+ years of category management/business operations experience.
- Must have hands on experience in a P&L role
- Strong in analytics and data crunching. Strong command over MS-Excel.
- Must have experience in team management

Position: GTM Lead - POCO
Location: Bangalore, India
Reports to: Country Head
Job Responsibilities:
This role is for category lead of our industry leading Smartphones and AIOT products which will be launched soon. This is a P&L role and the GTM Lead will be responsible for driving the revenue, volume, market share and profitability for all these categories. Person would be reporting to Country Head. GTM lead should be ready to have a growth mindset and need to work closely with online and offline sales team to make sure AOP and MOP numbers are met. It's a highly cross-functional role which involves working closely with HQ and multiple functions of organizations.
