    Description

    Join Our Team as a Contract Recruitment Specialist

    Are you an experienced Contract Recruitment Specialist looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team. As a Contract Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent on a contract basis.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contract positions
    • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
    • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
    • Negotiate contract terms with candidates and facilitate the offer process

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in contract recruitment or a similar role
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
