    Description

    About the Role:

    As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and generate high-quality leads across all digital channels. You'll be responsible for the entire performance marketing cycle, from campaign planning and budgeting to optimization and reporting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation and ROI optimization.
    • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Display Ads).
    • Analyze campaign performance using data visualization tools and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • A/B test and iterate campaigns to maximize conversion rates and lead quality.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to align campaign goals and ensure seamless lead handoff.
    • Manage ad budgets and track ROI efficiently.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest performance marketing trends and technologies.
    • Report on campaign performance to stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing with a track record of success in driving ROI and lead generation.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Display Ads) and best practices.
    • Experience in setting up and managing analytics platforms and utilizing data for campaign optimization.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional projects.
    • Agency background a plus.
