    Description

    In this role, you will be responsible for financial modeling and analysis across Investment Functions, Capital Strategy, and Finance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions, cash flow modeling, and strong analytical skills.

    You Will:

    • Own and manage the development and ongoing evolution of financial models across various functions of IMMO's business
    • Act as a subject matter expert for cash flow modelling, finance, and real estate dynamics & analysis
    • Model returns and analyses for investors across the capital stack, analysing equity, debt.
    • Think critically about capital structures, inputs, and investment dynamics to achieve the optimal investment outcomes
    • Prepare investment memorandums
    • Advise internally on investment transactions
    • Present projections and analyses to investors
    • Proactively manage key stakeholders and teams
    • Develop and coach junior members across the investment teams (analysts and interns)

    You have:

    • Expertise in building, deploying and maintaining financial models
    • Corporate finance knowledge
    • Meaningful experience in real estate analysis and an understanding of capital structures & key real estate metrics
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and presentation skills (slides/presentations).
    • Personable with ability to work in a team environment, managing upwards and downwards and giving and providing feedback.
    • Highly motivated and keen to learn in a continuously changing environment.
    • Experience working under pressure
    • Corporate Finance, Leveraged Finance, Debt Fund or Real Estate know how
