    Role/ Job Title: Acquisition Manager-TFx

    Function/ Department: Retail Liabilities

    Job Purpose:

  • Our liabilities business is presently one of the fastest growing in the industry both in terms of customers and size of the book, coming on the back of superior product proposition and industry leading digital capabilities.
  • In next few years, we want to grow the liabilities book by at least 4-5x. In line with overall strategy of the bank, we will build and scale up truly transformational digital, analytics and organizational capabilities, which will enable us to acquire high quality customer base and then build deep banking relationship with them to drive this growth.
  • As part of this ambition, we want to create country's best digital-led engagement channels to service and engage our most premium customers.
  • The operating model for this engagement channel and portfolio management would be significantly differentiated from traditional setups both in terms of people and tech capabilities.
  • Our intent is to go to market and differentiate our product in the market on the back of the experience and engagement delivered through this channel for our customers.
  • Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new MSME clients for trade and forex services through various channels, including market research, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships in the initial period with New to bank clients and prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and offering customized trade and forex solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our trade and forex products and services, staying updated with industry trends and regulations to effectively advice clients on the most suitable solutions.
  • Cross Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products and services to MSME clients, collaborating with relevant teams to maximize revenue generation.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends related to trade and forex services, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies, conducting due diligence on clients, and implementing risk mitigation strategies to maintain a healthy portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, operations, and customer support, to ensure smooth service delivery and address client queries or issues effectively.
  • Education Qualification:

    Graduation : Any Graduation

    Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Trade & Forex Sales.
