    IT NetworkAdmin

    JobResponsibilities:
    Musthave excellent understanding of networking at all layers of the OSImodel.
    Identify the network hardware andsoftware to meet the requirements of theorganization.
    Update and troubleshoot networkissues.
    Plan design install and maintainnetworks and servers in support of informationsystemsEnsure all IT equipment arefunctioning properly.
    Install and maintainnetwork security at various levels.
    Configureand manage networks to maximize efficiency security andupscaling.
    Manage users to a network. Assignand modify network securitypermissions.
    Conduct basic training for theteam on usage of hardware and software resourcesavailable.
    Maintain a database of defects inIT resources and resolve them in a time boundmanner.

    Conduct frequent checks to ensure theintegrity of the network storage and other ITequipmentConfigure and Manage IPSECSitetoSite VPN Remoteaccess VPN and SSLVPN.Proactively monitor and perform healthchecks on the status of the network infrastructureregularly.

    Configuration management andchange control of network infrastructure including routers Catalystswitches Packet Shapers Firewalls andIDS/IPSCreate the necessary documentation onsystems and processesPerforming diagnosticsresolving problems escalating problems to vendors as requiredworking with other group members and taking appropriate actions toassure appropriate and prompt solutions to system application andcustomer problemsRepresent the changes atthe weekly change review meetings and update network diagrams andall other applicable documents.

    ManagingVarious Firewalls like Fortinet Cisco and Pal alto Firewalls withPolicy creations and architectureDesigningFully Managing the syntax ofsecurity platforms and ruleverificationManaging and TroubleshootingSDWAN NetworksCCNA CCNP and any networkrelated certifications will be an addedadvantage.
