    • Senior SEO Specialist

    Greetings from Clodura. We are seeking a candidate with a strong grasp of technical SEO and a proven history of implementing advanced SEO strategies, both technical and non-technical. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to think strategically and tactically to provide hands-on SEO solutions that align with our overall digital marketing strategies. The Senior SEO Specialist at Clodura plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical SEO concepts and practical implementation, offering an exciting opportunity for a talented SEO professional to directly impact our online visibility and search engine performance.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop SEO & SEM strategies.
    • Perform onsite and offsite analysis of web SEO competition.
    • Conduct technical audits on websites with a focus on enhancing Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs) for the corporate site.
    • Manage onsite and offsite optimization projects, aiming to increase organic and referral traffic while enhancing conversions.
    • Implement paid advertising strategies, identify target keywords, review metadata, and work on establishing a robust link building strategy.
    • Work closely with the reporting manager to facilitate article writing activities that aid in building backlinks from high-domain authority sites.
    • Conduct competitor research to identify trends and offer recommendations on SEO best practices to marketing teams.
    • Monitor and report on KPIs using analytics tools like AdWords and social insights.
    • Generate monthly reports on SERPs and advertising engagement for various campaigns.
    • Create regular and adhoc analytics reports for different website sections based on stakeholder requests.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in SEO, SEM, or a related field.
    • Prior experience in agencies handling SaaS-based startup websites is advantageous.
    • Strong background in building robust backlink profiles for B2B websites to enhance search rankings.
    • Proficiency in utilizing tactics like HARO, guest blogging, and staying updated with the latest Google algorithms.
    • Certification in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Digital Marketing is required.
    • Ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical challenges.
    • Familiarity with SEO reporting methods is a plus, along with hands-on experience with various analytical tools.
    • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, strong analytical skills, and data-driven mindset.
    • Keeping abreast of the newest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
    • A degree in marketing or equivalent is preferred.
    • Prior involvement in a SaaS-based or startup environment is highly beneficial.
