    Job Summary:

    · Candidate should have experience in HVAC system, Chiller Plant, Airside, Energy Services and Building Services will be an added advantageproject sales in the industry.

    · Strong in technical & a team player.

    · Should have worked with the local consultants and aware of the HVAC market.

    · Savvy on latest trends in the HVAC industry, handle tenders

    · Able to work independently and collaborate with multi-functional teams.

    · Should have competition analysis knowledge.

    · Willing to learn new tools and work under stringent MIS systems.

    · Preferably having experience of handling Project Sales.

    · Should have experience in working with HVAC Consultants, HVAC Contractors, Builders, developers, Hospitality Partners, Healthcare, Data Centre, Pharma.

    · Travelling is Must for this role.

    · Responsible for Order Booking & Revenue for the Year & on month-on-month basis.

    · Responsible for Generating Lead to Order Closure.

    · Good experience in the Assigned Market.

    Products: Pumps, Cooling towers, pressurization tanks, Piping, Insulation, Valves etc, plant room automation & retrofit, IBMS.

    Qualifications:

    · Experience: 8+ Years

    · Must have a proven track record of developing and closing new business.

    · Must have strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience pricing systems for customers.

    · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

    · Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, business, or related discipline

    · Region Handling – West, based out of Mumbai.

    · Engineer (B.E) along with MBA degree will provide added advantage.
