- Develop and execute presales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of presales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the attainment of individual and team goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, generate leads, and create compelling value propositions.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and technical requirements, and position our solutions accordingly.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of our offerings to key stakeholders.
- Drive the preparation and submission of highquality proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and other sales collateral, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.
- Partner with the product management and development teams to provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive intelligence, influencing product roadmap decisions.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, leveraging industry networks and events to enhance brand visibility and foster longterm partnerships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Monitor and analyze presales metrics, pipeline dynamics, and win/loss ratios to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree/ MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in presales or sales engineering roles within the BFSI industry, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of BFSI market dynamics, customer pain points, and industryspecific solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive presales strategies, aligning with broader business objectives and market trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make datadriven decisions to optimize presales processes and performance.
- Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients.
