    Description

    Qualifications :

    - Degree in Engineering, IT, or Management.

    - 6 to 8 years of experience (with some flexibility for strong candidates in specific modules).

    - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

    - Experience working as a Functional Consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) implementation Expertise :

    Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM), specifically in two or more of the following modules :

    • Core HR
    • Absence Management
    • Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
    • Learning Management

    Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) :

    HR Helpdesk :

    - In rare cases, exceptional experience in a single module (Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, ORC, or OTL) may be considered.

    Technical Skills (Preferred) :

    - Experience configuring security, workflows, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and page personalization within Fusion HCM.

    Key Responsibilities :

    - Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable configurations within the Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) platform, with a particular emphasis on the OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) module.

    - Participate in workshops to gather requirements, design solutions, and guide clients on best practices for OTL implementation.

    - Configure the OTL module to meet the client's specific timekeeping, workforce management, and labor costing requirements.

    - Develop and implement workflows and integrations to streamline HR processes related to time and labor.

    - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the OTL system functions as designed and meets client expectations.

    - Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on the OTL system.

    - Stay up-to-date on the latest features and functionalities of Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM), particularly within the OTL module.

    - Document configurations and processes for future reference and knowledge transfer.
