    About The Role :

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to oversee the development of a depository system using .NET technologies. As the Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and implementing the depository platform. You will lead a team of skilled developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of the system while adhering to best practices and industry standards. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.

    Key Responsibilities :

    - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and standards.

    - Drive and/or take part in requirement gathering, technical solutions discussions and deep diving into the details with customer teams and ensure the delivery of best in class system solutions / architecture.

    - Architect robust, scalable, and secure solutions using .Net technologies, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

    - Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features and deliver software solutions on time.

    - Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the client and Oneture team

    - Mentor and work closely with developers on day-to-day project work efforts

    Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the development process where applicable.

    Education : Bachelor's degree (B.E. / B. Tech) in Computer Science or equivalent from reputed institute

    Experience :

    - 6 to 8 years of proven experience in software development, including hands-on experience in software architecture design and development. Managing large scale work-loads, expertise in building large complex platforms, real-time, highly secured, platforms with millions of users.

    - Financial services industry experience or familiarity with the stock exchange/depository domain will be an added advantage.

    Technical Expertise :

    - Proven experience (5+ years) in software development, including hands-on experience in software architecture design and development and best practices.

    - Strong proficiency in .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Entity Framework

    - Strong experience in IIS, MS SQL Server, design/implementation/optimization, etc.

    - Experience in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React)

    - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

    - Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in software applications.

    - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    - Experience in Unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD)

    - Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile with project management tools like Jira.

    - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
