- Ensuring that resources and specialists are in place with the assistance of DTP Manager and DTP Outsourcing Manager.
- Initiate, Plan, Execute and Close the production cycle of DTP.
- Communicating and tracking Project progress with Internal Stakeholders in process.
- Resource management by aligning with internal and local partners.
- Conducting a risk analysis and creating a plan to mitigate on project level.
- Solving problems and conflicts as they arise.
- Meeting customers to discuss their DTP requirements.
- Liaising with project managers, coordinators and team leads of other groups - in planning the project schedule.
- Keeping the Project Manager and DTP Manager well informed on the status/progress of the project.
- Track and report performance feedback to external resources and the DTP Outsourcing Manager.
- Research of DTP material, tools and packages.
- Ensuring that all DTP procedures are duly observed.
- Train DTP Specialists when necessary.
- Achieving the goals assigned by the DTP Manager and Project Managers.
- Clear Goals: To have a clear vision of what you want to achieve. Setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals.

TECHNICAL SERVICES LEAD
Position Summary
The job involves coordinating and leading a team of Desktop Publishers working on a specific project within several languages and enhancing technical DTP skills. Working on a specific project within several languages and with DTP tools and applications. The objective of Technical Service Lead is to plan and execute the DTP production cycle. Analyze the source materials received from customers and create efforts & TAT estimations for budget and scheduling purpose. Will be aligned with Tech Vertical and Strategic Accounts.
