    Description

    Job description

    • Place phone calls to potential businesses in the Australia & Set Appointments for a Govt Initiative program
    • Answer potential clients questions about different product /services
    • Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads/appointments per day
    • Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates schedules & areas
    • Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment. Maintain all the records online.
    • Clearly & effectively communicate features benefits of the product/services that we are promoting. So that a confirmed appointment can be set.

    Skill Set

    Looking at candidates with a minimum 6months experience in International Call Center Candidates should have Neutral accent with No MTI Willingness to work in Australian shift WFH candidates should have good high speed broadband, computer & headset

    Job Type: Full-time
