Refrens is high growth account and crm software startup. We have offices in Bangalore and Surat. We are looking to hire dedicated individuals for our Business Development and Customer Success team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Growth Associate.
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Your strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and proactive approach will contribute to the success of our sales efforts and overall business expansion.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify potential leads through various channels, including research, networking, and inbound inquiries.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Guide clients through the sales process, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress using CRM software.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹240, ₹360,000.00 per year
