    Description

    1.Leadership Positioning: Develop and execute strategies to establish HDFC Securities' leadership positioning in the financial services industry. This includes identifying opportunities for thought leadership, speaking engagements, and participation in industry forums and conferences.

    2. Opinion Maker Status: Work closely with senior leadership to cultivate an opinion maker status for HDFC Securities by proactively engaging with media, industry analysts, and other stakeholders. Drive initiatives to shape public perception and influence key narratives around the brand.

    3. Management of Daily Leadership in Research: Oversee the communication of research insights and market updates generated by HDFC Securities' research team. Ensure timely dissemination of research reports, market commentaries, and insights to relevant stakeholders, including clients, media, and internal teams.

    4. Alternative PR Channels: Leverage alternative PR channels, such as social media platforms, podcasts, webinars, and blogs, to amplify HDFC Securities' PR narratives and engage with diverse audiences. Develop innovative content strategies tailored to each channel to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

    5. Crisis Management: Develop robust crisis communication plans and protocols to effectively manage and mitigate any reputational risks or crises that may arise. Act as a spokesperson for HDFC Securities during times of crisis, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and consistency in messaging.

    6. Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, industry influencers, and other relevant stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and interview requests.

    7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of PR professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional growth and development. Create a collaborative and high-performing culture within the PR team.
