    Roles and Responsibilities:

    The PMO Specialist will play a key role in overseeing and managing various HR technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Management: Lead and manage HR technology projects, including HRIS implementations, talent management system upgrades, and other related initiatives, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and other key stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed to facilitate timely resolution and decision-making.
    • Resource Allocation: Coordinate resources, including internal team members, external consultants, and vendors, to ensure optimal allocation and utilization in support of project objectives and priorities.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of HR technology project delivery within the organization.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change requests, and other relevant artifacts, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on HR technology implementations and/or transformations.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices, with experience working with HRIS platforms, talent management systems, and other HR technology solutions.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana, and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
