    Project Management Officer - Chennai, India - Saaki Argus & Averil Consulting

    Roles andResponsibilities:

    The PMO Specialist will play a key role inoverseeing and managing various HR technology projects frominitiation to completion ensuring alignment with organizationalgoals and objectives.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • ProjectManagement: Lead and manage HRtechnology projects including HRIS implementations talentmanagement system upgrades and other related initiatives ensuringadherence to project timelines budgets and qualitystandards.
    • StakeholderManagement: Collaborate closely with HRstakeholders IT teams vendors and other key stakeholders to defineproject scope requirements and deliverables and ensure effectivecommunication throughout the projectlifecycle.
    • Risk andIssue Management: Identify assess andmitigate project risks and issues proactively and escalate criticalissues to senior management as needed to facilitate timelyresolution and decisionmaking.
    • ResourceAllocation: Coordinate resourcesincluding internal team members external consultants and vendors toensure optimal allocation and utilization in support of projectobjectives and priorities.
    • ProcessImprovement: Continuously evaluate andrefine project management processes methodologies and tools toenhance efficiency effectiveness and scalability of HR technologyproject delivery within the organization.
    • Documentation andReporting: Maintain accurate anduptodate project documentation including project plans statusreports change requests and other relevant artifacts and provideregular progress updates to stakeholders andleadership.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Information Technology Human Resources or relatedfield. Masters degree or PMP certification is aplus.
    • Minimum of 2years of experience in project management with a focus on HRtechnology implementations and/ortransformations.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes systemsand best practices with experience working with HRIS platformstalent management systems and other HR technologysolutions.
    • Excellentcommunication interpersonal and leadership skills with the abilityto collaborate effectively across functional teams and influencestakeholders at all levels of theorganization.
    • Proventrack record of successfully managing complex projects in afastpaced dynamic environment with a keen attention to detail and aresultsoriented mindset.
    • Proficiency in project management tools andsoftware such as Microsoft Project JIRA or Asana and familiaritywith Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
