    Description

    Job Overview

    Managing multiple consulting projects of varying complexity and ensuring timely and within budget delivery for clients in the Consumer Health sector. Contributing to new business development, maintaining, and enhancing the client base. Supporting the creation of new offerings.

    Essential Functions

    • Managing project teams, both internal and external, in designing, developing, and delivering client solutions.
    • Leading teams in analyzing client requirements, developing proposals, and managing proposal processes.
    • Creating project plans, overseeing project completion within set timelines and budget, and providing solutions to issues.
    • Serving as the main point of contact with clients and delivering project findings.
    • Identifying new business opportunities and following up with clients post-project completion.
    • Continuously enhancing expertise and mentoring others to deliver top-notch solutions for clients.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree Required
    • Master's Degree Preferred
    • 8-12 years of relevant experience, including consulting and Consumer Health experience
    • Demonstrates strong project management, client influencing, and relationship building skills.
    • Thorough understanding of IQVIA data assets and core offerings.
    • Effective at collaborating with others, developing relationships with senior stakeholders in the Consumer Health industry.
    • Capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and utilizing consulting methodologies.
    • Familiar with key industry issues, presentation, communication, and networking skills.
    • Possesses subject matter expertise and project management skills to handle projects across multiple centers of excellence.
