Description

We are looking for Product Managers for our client based out of Airoli, Mumbai.

Experience :
10 to 12 Years

Work location :
Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the banking industry.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market insights, customer feedback, and business goals.
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to banking products.
Ensure that the product design is future proof, in line with the latest trends in the market.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including design, and marketing to develop and launch new banking products.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
Drive and manage the endtoend delivery cycle of product features define and track major/minor releases to ensure timely delivery of high quality, user friendly, fit for purpose products.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address feedback throughout the product development lifecycle.

Experience :

yrs experience on working for banking products of which at least 3 years should be in a product manager role in a bank, NBFC or FinTech.

Wellversed with Fintech Innovations in India, Southeast Asian Market.
Proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end.
Strong problemsolving skills and willingness to think outside the box, innovate and roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
High energy, handson, detailedoriented and able to work independently.
High degree of selfinitiative, proactive and selfdriven to drive results.
Good organizing skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
