    Description

    Our Client is an enterprise-grade platform that offers a robust infrastructure for managing digital assets and enables exchanges, custodians, banks, trading desks, and hedge funds to securely scale their digital asset operations through HSM-backed plug-and-play wallet architecture.

    Profile Name - Senior Product Manager

    Function - Product

    Description:

    This Senior Product Manager to lead the build-out of innovative wallet operations and custody products that power our customers' wallet infrastructure. You will work closely with customers, engineering, and sales as well as a broad set of internal teams to build secure, efficient, compliant developer-first wallet infrastructure products that are used by thousands of businesses and impact millions of end users around the world.

    Responsibilities:

    ● Product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverables.

    ● Product management from concept to launch of the product(s) across all product lines.

    ● Lead, define, represent, and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders.

    ● Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities.

    ● Develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics.

    ● Monitor product development sprints and evaluate results.

    ● Own the product roadmap and communicate with board members and other stakeholders.

    ● Collaborate Product Marketing team to assess product mix and marketing strategy.

    ● Define pricing and competitive positioning for each product.

    ● Drive innovative ideas, solutions, and products through leadership and decisive action.

    ● Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers.

    ● Become the key evangelist of Liminal and participate in press activities, conferences, and discussions with thought leaders and market analysts.

    Requirements:

    ● You have a computer science degree, prior software engineering, or very strong technical work experience. MBA from Tier 1 Institute will be an added advantage.

    ● Minimum 4-6 years track record in product management. Prior experience in the digital asset industry is preferred.

    ● You have worked in the digital asset industry.

    ● You understand the concepts of digital assets, wallets, blockchain, and preferably tokenization.

    ● Strategic & creative thinker with the ability to craft go-to-market strategies and campaigns in collaboration with marketing

    ● Able to formulate and implement global strategies for products

    ● Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating that into the product development process

    ● Successfully implemented data-driven processes to turn a vision into an actionable roadmap

    ● People leader with demonstrated success in leading and mentoring the research, design, and development team

    ● Strong project management skills and attention to detail

    ● Understand the user experience and design

    ● Direct experience with digital management software or workplace collaboration software is desired

    ● Able to distill product roadmaps into digestible and relevant presentations to key customers and partners

    ● Drive product analytics to understand feature usage, comprehension, and optimization

    ● Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.

    ● Agility and appetite for learning new products/technology in a fast-developing environment.
