As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible


  • For promoting and selling our curriculum products which includes books, Mobile Educational app and training services to schools, book distributors, and educational institutions within your designated territory.
  • You will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with educators, administrators, and decision-makers to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
1.


Lead generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, networking, and research to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.

2.


Sales Presentations:
Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our curriculum solutions to key stakeholders.

3.


Negotiation and Closing:
Collaborate with prospects to understand budgetary constraints and overcome objections, leading to successful contract negotiations and closures.

4.


Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional post-sales support to maintain long-term relationships.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the education industry(Book Company/Distributors).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a focus on delivering results.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
