Job Responsibilities:
Proven record of working as a Business Development Manager (BDM) for 10 years in IT Sales/Service . Should have hands-on experience in selling IT services in the market.
Understanding of the Challenger Sale's methodology, outbound prospecting, target account management, call coaching, email writing, and usage of social media in prospecting and securing appointments.
Mastered the art of the cold open, have developed skills for overcoming objections, and have a healthy approach to handling rejection.
Ability to have mature conversation with Senior Leadership in prospective customers. Should be able to understand IT technology and speak about them confidently.Should be able to create proposals and present confidentiality to customer and secure new project/ new business to the company.
Experience in developing a lead pipeline from the ground up including cold calling, building new accounts, and increasing sales in existing accounts.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to achieve agreed personal and departmental targets.You Are Great at:
End to end IT sales in B2B market.
Negotiation skills

Business intelligence skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
You must be good with:
10+ years of experience in IT sales (Global)
Strong understanding of the IT landscape and the needs of customers
