    Role Overview :


    As a Development Manager at Herkey, you will lead our development team to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with our business goals. You will be responsible for driving product development, managing resources, and ensuring successful project Responsibilities :
    • Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
    • Drive the development process using agile methodologies, ensuring efficient sprint planning, execution, and delivery.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to prioritize tasks and resolve dependencies.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the development team, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
    • Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance skills and capabilities.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development, incorporating relevant advancements into our processes and projects.
    Qualifications :
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in software development, with at least years in a leadership or management role.
    • Strong technical background in relevant technologies or programming languages.
    • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects.
    • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and practical experience implementing them in a development environment.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership qualities, including decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
