    Role Description
    This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Silkroutech Solutions Pvt Limited located in Bengaluru.

    The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and generating sales revenue.

    Qualifications
    Proven experience in business development and sales
    Strong networking and relationship-building skills
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    Ability to understand and analyze market trends and customer needs
    Knowledge of international trade and commerce
    Self-motivated and target-oriented
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
