    Description

    Role Summary: The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and

    executing social media strategies to enhance the online presence and reputation of the

    company. This role requires a creative thinker with a deep understanding of various

    social media platforms, trends, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have 2-5

    years of experience in social media management, excellent communication skills, and

    a proven track record of driving engagement and growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Social Media Strategy Development:

    Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with

    the company's goals and objectives.

    Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to inform social media

    strategies.

    Content Creation and Curation:

    Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g.,

    Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

    Curate user-generated content and collaborate with other teams to source content.

    Community Management:

    Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media

    channels.

    Foster a sense of community and engage with followers to build brand loyalty.

    Campaign Management:

    Plan and execute social media campaigns (e.g., product launches, promotions, events)

    to drive brand awareness and conversion.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of social media

    initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, etc.

    Provide regular reports on social media performance, and use insights to optimize

    strategies.

    Collaboration and Coordination:

    Collaborate with the marketing, content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive

    messaging and branding across all channels.

    Coordinate with influencers, brand advocates, and partners for collaborations and

    campaigns.

    Stay Updated with Trends:

    Keep abreast of emerging social media trends, technologies, and platforms, and propose

    innovative ideas to drive engagement.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    2-5 years of experience in social media management or a related role.

    Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and growth.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

    Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
