    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert to join our team at OptimHire. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for providing in-depth knowledge and expertise in a specific area. This role will involve working closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the specified field and a passion for sharing their knowledge and insights.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 7-10 years of experience in the specified field, with a focus on Senior level expertise
    • Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Power BI, SAP, Tableau, and other relevant tools
    • Experience with row-level security and writing DAX expressions
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget
    • Ability to mentor and coach junior team members
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Provide expert knowledge and insight in the specified area to support the decision-making process
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions
    • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
    • Create and deliver training materials to educate internal teams and stakeholders
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
    • Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members
    • Participate in client meetings and provide expert guidance and support
    • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans
    • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise
