Primary Purpose:
We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Corporate QA Supervisor to join our dairy plant. The Corporate QA Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance department and ensuring the adherence to milk quality standards through effective milk testing

Key Accountabilities/Activities:

Supervise the Quality Assurance department, providing guidance and support to staff members.
Oversee the upholding of milk quality standards by ensuring effective milk testing is conducted.
Conduct maintenance and calibration of online product monitoring equipment and laboratory analytical equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Perform required GMP audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Liaise with production team leaders to ensure quality standards are understood and maintained throughout the production process.
Manage and handle nonconforming raw materials and finished products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Drive continuous process improvement of services through the development and implementation of efficient working processes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to investigate and resolve qualityrelated issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, industry best practices, and company policies.
Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures, policies, and guidelines.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identify trends, and implement improvement initiatives.
Train and educate staff on quality assurance processes, standards, and procedures.
Stay updated with industry advancements, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in dairy quality assurance.
Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department and the organization.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with suppliers, external laboratories, and other stakeholders as required.

Work Relations:

Internal:

Reporting to Quality Assurance Officer for all Functional as well as administrative purposes.
Second level reporting to COO
Interface with Production, Quality Control Team, Maintenance, and Procurement teams
Interface with HR teams.

External:

Interface with various suppliers, regulatory agencies, Service Providers, Customers

Qualification:

Essential:_M. Tech. / B. Tech (Dairy Technology)

Experience:

-
Essential:_Knowledge of QA activities, FSMS, System Management, Product Management_

Proven experience in a quality assurance role within the dairy industry, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of milk testing methods, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in maintenance and calibration of laboratory analytical equipment.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide a team effectively.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with crossfunctional teams.
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
Familiarity with relevant regulations, such as ISO, HACCP, and FDA guidelines.
Continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to quality enhancement.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fastpaced environment.

Work Environment:24 X 6 (6 days a week)

Shift Details:
General Shift. (09:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Shift might rotate

Salary:
₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:
