    Job Title: Operation Executive (Female)

    Location: Raj Nagar, Indore

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Salary -1.20 LPA to 1.80 LPA

    Job time - 10am to 7 pm

    Skills:

    Document Management:

    Proficient in printing, organizing, and maintaining various documents with keen attention to detail.

    MS Office Proficiency:

    Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Customer Engagement:

    Proven ability in conducting effective follow-ups with existing customers.

    Strong customer service skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

    Communication and Negotiation:

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Demonstrated negotiation and convincing abilities.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Customer Relationship Management:

    Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers to strengthen relationships and address any concerns.

    Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.

    New Customer On boarding:

    Assist new customers in understanding products and services, addressing queries, and guiding them through the on boarding process.

    Document Preparation:

    Efficiently prepare, organize, and maintain all necessary documents for customer transactions.

    Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation in accordance with company standards.

    Payment Follow-ups:

    Monitor and follow up on customer payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

    Collaborate with the finance team to address payment-related issues.

    Application Form Assistance:

    Guide customers through the completion of application forms, ensuring all required information is provided accurately.

    Document Pendency Management:

    Take ownership of resolving any pending documents promptly.

    Coordinate with internal teams to expedite document processing.

    Task Completion:

    Responsibly complete assigned tasks within specified timelines.

    Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and task accomplishment.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

    Proven experience in customer service and document management.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
