Description
Processing sales orders.Coordinate with warehouse team and operation team.
Ensuring orders are processed as per customer requirement and delivered on time. ERP entries and MIS reports in Excel.
Maintaining sales records and preparing reports.
Preparing Proforma Invoice and quotations.
Preparing Minutes of Sales Meeting as and when required.
To follow-up and send reminders to clients for outstanding payments.
DHL booking and preparing necessary documents for the dispatch.
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Ensure adherence to laws and policies
Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
