    Job Overview

    We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Sales Executive to join our team at Rankmantra. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving revenue generation and business development for our IT services and consultancy company. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, with a focus on customer satisfaction and lead generation.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of digital marketing principles is a plus
    • Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation techniques
    • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Familiarity with IT services and solutions is advantageous

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets
    • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth
    • Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive analysis
    • Cold calling potential clients to generate leads and schedule meetings
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales objectives
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously expand knowledge of IT services
