    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. They will work closely with clients to understand their HR needs, provide customized solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.

    Furthermore, the Relationship Manager will handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality HR services.

    QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong relationship-building and client management abilitiesProven experience in HR solutions, recruitment, or related fieldsAbility to understand and meet client needsKnowledge of HR practices and regulationsProblem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience with HR software and systems is a plus
