    Role: Pharma/Healthcare Recruiter

    Location: Pune ,Maharashtra (India)

    Work Shift: Night Shift

    Employment: Full Time

    Experience: 2 year(Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Hiring experience is preferred)

    Team and importance of the role;

    As a recruiter, you will be responsible to work with the team in sourcing the candidates from provided job boards, meet monthly hire goals, establish relationship with consultants, candidate negotiation, ATS tracking.

    We are actively seeking strong Pharmaceutical Recruiters to join our successful team with a proven track record for success in the Life Sciences industry.

    Responsibilities:

    -Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, and Manufacturing and related industry Direct Clients).

    -Attract top talent by executing a robust recruiting strategy.

    -Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and social media.

    -Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards .

    -Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement

    -Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.

    Job responsibilities;

    Identify and source the candidates from job boards/Gr8 People/Indeed/LinkedIn and other sites.

    Meet the monthly hire goals.

    Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities.

    Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.

    Update and track candidates in ATS/GR8 people in accordance with standards in real time.

    Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders.

    Work all assigned job orders until covered.

    Attend daily/weekly req. meeting.

    Establish relationships with consultants.

    Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.

    Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations.

    Conduct Text recruit/ email campaigns

    Preferred Skills;

    Bachelor's degree is preferred.

    Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.

    Should have excellent written communication skills.

    2-4 years of recruiting experience (Technology Staffing Industry/ Customer service experience preferred)

    A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
