    Job Overview

    We are hiring a BPO Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a BPO Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting the best candidates for our BPO clients. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and offers a great opportunity to work in the fast-paced and dynamic recruitment industry.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience as a BPO recruiter or in a similar role
    • Proven track record in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates
    • Strong knowledge of BPO industry trends and best practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders
    • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Leadership skills to manage and guide a team
    • Creativity and innovative thinking to attract top talent

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Source and screen potential candidates for BPO positions
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
    • Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract relevant talent
    • Provide timely updates to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations
