    Description

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of 6-10 recruiters in Talent Acquisition, providing guidance and coaching for consistent, target-oriented performance.
    • Manage BPO recruitment process from assessments to onboarding.
    • Develop and execute search strategies to recruit employees across levels using various channels.
    • Monitor recruiting KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Engage candidates pre-boarding to reduce attrition.
    • Maintain a bank of JDs for all positions.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to determine staffing needs.
    • Utilize social media and job boards for sourcing.
    • Build relationships with recruitment agencies for hiring support.
    • Generate regular reports on talent plan and status.
    • Manage candidate databases and ensure compliance with documentation and quality standards.

    Skill Requirement

    • 5-10 years of BPO recruitment experience nationally and internationally.
    • Experience in team management for BPO hiring.
    • Strong background in Bulk hiring, mass recruitment, walk-ins, and campus hiring.
    • Established network with various recruitment sources.
    • Proficient in Social Networking, Data Mapping, and job portals.
    • Dynamic with excellent communication skills and sourcing techniques.
    • Deadline-driven with good time management skills.
