    About the job


    As the Implementation Head at YUBI, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful implementation of our products/services for clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.



    Key Responsibilities:


    Project Management:

    • Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from project initiation to post-implementation review, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget.
    • Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation plans to effectively manage project execution.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including implementation specialists, developers, consultants, and external partners, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, establishing strong relationships and managing client expectations.
    • Conduct regular status meetings, progress updates, and milestone reviews with clients to ensure alignment and address any concerns or issues.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support to maximize the value derived from our products/services.

    Quality Assurance and Compliance:

    • Ensure that all implemented solutions meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
    • Conduct thorough testing and validation of deliverables, identifying and addressing any defects or gaps in functionality.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve implementation processes continuously, tools, and methodologies.


    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on software implementation or professional services delivery.
    • Working knowledge on banking projects & related markets is expected.
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Experience working in a client-facing role, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Having a PMP or Prince2 certification will be an add on.
