Defining industry and role specific Quality Audit parameters for
Voice/Non-Voice/Field Teams.

Gathering feedback from the audit findings and share it with relevant stakeholders, in a structured manner focused for product and process improvement

Run through all communications/templates used for customer interaction, periodically, and suggest changes/improvements.
