    Description

    Job Title: U/X Researcher

    Company: Global Finance Firm

    Location: Gurugram

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research opportunities and methodologies for superior user experience.
    • Conduct quantitative UX research to inform design decisions, ensuring alignment with user needs.
    • Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for UI design and information architecture.
    • Present data insights to stakeholders through reports and presentations, driving informed decision-making.
    • Integrate research findings into the product design and development lifecycle.
    • Identify opportunities for analytics integration and contribute to data analysis best practices.
    • Provide subject matter expertise and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Manage and execute a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 7-10 years of experience in UX/design organizations focusing on quantitative research and data analytics.
    • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, behavioral science, or related field.
    • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Glassbox, and Adobe Analytics.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of research trends and tools.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with survey and user research tools like UserZoom, Qualtrics, and Optimal Workshop.
    • Familiarity with design fundamentals, agile methodology, and financial services.
