    Description
    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIESState the primary responsibilities of the role and theprimary tasks for each function
    • Develops and delivers new hire/operations training as perbusiness requirement.
    • Obtain organize developtraining procedure manuals guides or course materials such ashandouts or visual materials.
    • Drivesperformance on the floor for the New Hires trained and achieve thetargets on the given metrics thorough rigorous coaching secondvoices live coaching call evals etc.
    • Assessment of environment (conducting TNA) reportfindings & recommend solutions for the respectiveclass.
    • Conductstraining need analysis anddeliver operational trainings in line with business requirements.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
    • Maintenance and upkeep of the relevant data andpublishing timely reports to the leadership/stakeholders followedby searching matching building content to support the identifiedneed.
    • Leads the coordination andadministration of operational trainings including timelyreportingperformance reviews
