    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership:
    Define and execute the analytics engineering strategy, focusing on technological advancements and alignment with organizational objectives.

    Solution Development:

    Lead the creation and deployment of cutting-edge analytics solutions, incorporating generative AI, big data analytics, machine learning algorithms, data warehousing, and cloud computing.


    Team Creation and Management:

    Build, mentor, and oversee a high-performing engineering team spread across the US and India, instilling a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


    Technical Guidance:
    Provide technical direction and support, ensuring the use of best practices, state-of-the-art technologies, and robust architectures.

    Client Engagement:

    Collaborate with key clients in the banking space to develop tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements.


    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless integration and alignment of analytics solutions with other business units and technology teams.

    Compliance and Risk Management:
    Monitor adherence to industry standards, regulations, and security protocols, ensuring data integrity and quality assurance.

    Innovation and Research:
    Drive research initiatives, staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.


    Qualifications :

    • A minimum of 15 years of experience in analytics engineering, with a strong focus on banking or financial services.
    • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
    • Expertise in various programming languages, data platforms, and analytics tools (such as Python, SQL, Hadoop, Spark, Tableau).
    • Proven experience in team creation, leadership, and development.
    • Deep understanding of generative AI, machine learning models, cloud infrastructures, and DevOps practices.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
