    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    We are looking for candidates with hands on experience on ServiceNow development and Administration activities.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as ServiceNow Developer and Administrator.
  • Hands-on experience in developing, maintaining and enhance applications on ServiceNow ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change & Knowledge management & Service Catalog)
  • Good scripting knowledge in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs (Angular JS & Jelly script are nice to have)
  • Hands-on experience in Custom Application development
  • Knowldege on CMDB fundamentals & MID Server installation.
  • Hands on experience on platform components - Business rule, client scripts, UI policy, Data policy, ACLs, SLA, UI Page, Script Include, Email notification, Inbound action, UI script)
  • Must have active CSA certification.
  • Nice to Have: Hands on experience on creating and managing Service portal Hands on experience on creating and managing Integrating ServiceNow with Third party tools
