- Lead endtoend recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build a talent pipeline.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee feedback.
- Implement and manage performance evaluation processes.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance issues and developing their teams.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with benefitrelated inquiries.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Support employee career development and succession planning.
- Cultivate and reinforce the company culture, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a startup or fastgrowing environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and building effective teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and evolving startup environment.
