    HR Manager

    Location- HSR Layout, Bangalore

    Completely Work from office

    Experience- 4 to 5 years


    Job Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our startup team.

    The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in managing various HR functions in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

    The HR Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the growth and success of our Acquisition:


    • Lead endtoend recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build a talent pipeline.

    Employee Relations:

    • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution.
    • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee feedback.

    Performance Management:

    • Implement and manage performance evaluation processes.
    • Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance issues and developing their teams.

    HR Policies and Compliance:

    • Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
    • Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.

    Benefits Administration:

    • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with benefitrelated inquiries.

    Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
    • Support employee career development and succession planning.

    Culture and Employee Engagement:

    • Cultivate and reinforce the company culture, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace.
    • Plan and organize employee engagement activities and Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 4 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a startup or fastgrowing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven experience in talent acquisition and building effective teams.
    • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and evolving startup environment.
