    We are an AYUSH approved USDA organiccertified company led by the founder Ishita who is India s onlycertified soap maker from HSCG USA and a certifiedaromatherapist.

    We handcraft natural soapsskincare oils therapy blends and aromatherapy candles and operatein D2C white labelling and ExportModel.


    JobDescription:
    Weare seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Operations and DeliveryExecutive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsiblefor overseeing the daytoday operations and ensuring efficientdelivery of products/services to our clients. This role requiresstrong leadership skills excellent problemsolving abilities and akeen eye for processimprovement.


    KeyResponsibilities:


    OperationsManagement:
    Manage and optimize all operationalactivities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. This includesoverseeing inventory management resource allocation and processoptimization.

    DeliveryManagement: Lead the delivery team to ensure timelyand highquality delivery of products/services to clients. Developand implement strategies to enhance delivery efficiency andcustomersatisfaction.

    TeamLeadership:
    Provide leadership and guidance to theoperations and delivery teams. Foster a culture of collaborationaccountability and continuousimprovement.

    ClientRelationship Management:
    Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients to understand their needs and ensurealignment with our delivery capabilities. Address any issues orconcerns in a timely and professionalmanner.

    PerformanceMonitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performancemetrics and provide regular reports to management. Identify areasfor improvement and implement corrective actions asneeded.

    ProcessImprovement:
    Continuously identify opportunities tostreamline operations and improve delivery processes. Implementbest practices and innovative solutions to drive efficiency andproductivity.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Operations Management or relatedfield.
    Proven experience in operationsmanagement preferably in a deliveryfocusedrole.
    Strong leadership skills with theability to motivate and inspireteams.
    Excellent problemsolving abilities andattention to detail.
    Proficient in projectmanagement tools and software.
    Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
