    Role Objective ECHO Search is growing andwe are on the hunt to hire a seasoned Principal to lead new clientonboarding.
    Responsibilities
    • Connectwith prospective clients and understand their challenges wrtLeadership Hiring or recruitment ingeneral.
    • Present ECHO Searchs valueproposition.
    • Manage assignment delivery& execution as well as farm existing accounts for repeatbusiness.
    • Build practice areas from 01 and 110and act as a SME during new clientpitches.

    Qualifications
    • 58years of executive search or recruitment experience in an agencysetup.
    • Exposure to more than one regionalmarkets or multiple sectors would be an addedadvantage.
    • Team management experience is notmandatory.
