    We're hiring a talented Senior Backend Developer to join our team and build the server-side magic of a new client-server project.


    You'll be responsible for :
    Key Areas of Responsibility :


    • Designing and crafting the application logic on the server side, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
    • Maintaining and optimizing databases to handle data efficiently and ensure high performance.
    • Prioritizing lightningfast responsiveness to requests from the frontend, keeping users engaged and happy.
    • Integrating seamlessly with the frontend developed by a collaborating team, requiring a basic understanding of frontend technologies.
    Technical Traits :

    5+ years of overall programming experience with close to 3+ years working in Full Stack JavaScript.

    • Project level experience in working with Node using JavaScript/Typescript. Knowledge on frameworks like Express, etc, is needed.
    • Familiarity and experience with software design patterns and code optimisation techniques.
    • Experience in writing unit testing cases using frameworks like JEST or equivalent for developed code.
    • Experience working with REST APIs, Web Sockets, Redis and Mongo/MySQL.
    • Experience with building solutions leveraging Apollo GraphQL to connect various parts of the application together including Mongo Database
    • Demonstrated understanding of objectorientated design and programming techniques.
    • Knowledge on other backend technologies like Java or Python on .Net is a plus.
    • Knowledge on any frontend frameworks or libraries like React/Angular is a good add on.
    • To have good understanding on code quality, maintainability, modularity, reusability, performance, best practices and debugging.
    • Actively participate in code reviews, connect with QA & Dev-Ops and share perspectives in discussions and deliver the features according to timeliness.
    • Provide constructive feedback and to be open to accept feedback from others.
    • To be very clear in providing estimates and guide team members accordingly to meet timelines.
    • Should be able to participate in technical discussions with client and to share perspectives.
    • Proactive team player who helps colleagues, shares knowledge, and fosters a collaborative work environment.
    • Continuously discover, evaluate, innovate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
    • Experience with code versioning (Git) and CI/CD tools.

    • Able to work directly with business stakeholders.
    • Can articulate technology solutions to business audience.
